About the Role

Hydro-X Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Air Hygiene Operative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional air hygiene services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Engineer in delivering ventilation, ductwork cleaning, and other air hygiene services to our customers.
  • Work safely with oils, fluids, and lubricants, and ensure that all service sheets and documentation are completed and issued on time.
  • Support the Lead Engineer with inspection of fire dampers in accordance with BS9999 and assist with the installation of access doors into ventilation systems in accordance with DW144.
Requirements
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and understand technical manuals.
  • Personal attributes, including respect, cultural awareness, and sensitivity, flexibility, and excellent time-keeping skills.
Benefits

As a Trainee Air Hygiene Operative with Hydro-X Group, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000, plus overtime. What to Expect

If you are successful in your application, you will be invited to a video interview, followed by a 2-day induction at our head office, where you will receive all the necessary equipment and training to complete the job. Please note that we are a drugs-free company and will require a drugs test on the first day of employment.
