About the Role

The Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of services and spare parts, optimizing spare part inventory, and performing goods receipt and issue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure services and spare parts from suppliers
  • Optimize spare part inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Perform goods receipt and issue to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Create and update Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) master data
  • Support M&E financial processes and coordinate repairs of spare parts
  • Drive continuous improvement of the spare parts inventory system

Requirements

  • High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and CMMS system, with SAP experience highly desirable
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Team player with a culture of shared knowledge
  • Ability to manage and organize a varied workload effectively
  • High degree of Health & Safety awareness
