As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's projects across various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, retail, and complex buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality fire risk assessments across various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, retail, and complex buildings.
- Have experience outside of the residential sector and be a minimum of Tier 2 accredited.
- Write concise, technical reports and support the Fire Risk Services section by handling initial enquiries, participating in pre-meetings, determining the scope of work, developing detailed project briefs, and preparing presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Perform validation, verification, and Quality Assurance (QA) of technical reports, addressing and resolving any related queries.
- Collaborate with the publications department by reviewing draft publications and preparing technical articles for journals.
- Assist trainers with their knowledge gaps to enhance overall content quality and accuracy.
- Assist the Marketing departments in developing propositions and strategies for Fire Risk Services and Fire Advisory Services.
- Have an in-depth understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and best practices, with experience in ensuring compliance in various environments.
- Have a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in risk assessments and reports.
