Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our engineering team as an intern for a period of 13 months in summer 2025. The successful candidate will contribute to our performance and gain exposure to how a Formula 1 team works.

Purpose of the Role:

The intern will be expected to use their own initiative, work proactively, and often to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment. This is a demanding but extremely rewarding role that requires the ability to learn and develop skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of projects in one of four areas of the business: Aerodynamics, Design, Performance, or Racing.
  • Work closely with the team and all levels of management to deliver projects that directly impact on-track performance.
  • Take responsibility for specific projects with guidance and support from team members.
Requirements:

The following attributes are required for this role:

  • Be studying a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences with a minimum predicted grade of a 2:1 (or equivalent).
  • General computing skills and software knowledge appropriate to placement area.
  • Practical mindedness and a passion for motorsport.
  • Previous experience in motorsport is desirable but not required.
