We are seeking experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineers to join our team at Sopra Steria - UK. As a key member of our agile transformation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative cloud services to our major client.

Project Overview

We are developing a Managed Service to replace a complex legacy enterprise infrastructure. This ambitious project will harness the power of automation and reusable component design patterns, enabling swift deployment of customer business solutions. Utilizing the latest in Windows and VMware technologies, along with Ansible, Terraform, and advanced scripting, we are set to redefine efficiency and scalability in niche infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain and monitor large virtual environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative cloud solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineers with specialized expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation and related products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of IT security, and excellent communication skills.
