About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service fire and security systems in accordance with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Respond to service calls and routine visits to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
  • Plan and execute maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
  • Technical background in electrical and electronic systems.
  • Good knowledge of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, Paxton, PAC, and Salto.
  • Experience in front-line customer contact and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and presentable demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer expectations.
