Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Cable Engineer to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a Data Cable Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site projects to customers, including structured cabling, data communications, and software upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver on-site projects to customer specifications and agreed statements of work, including structured cabling, data communications, and software upgrades.
  2. Keep customers and project delivery teams informed of project progress.
  3. Report any escalation issues to the relevant helpdesk for technical support.
  4. Update project managers to ensure smooth communication with customers.
  5. Return and package decommissioned equipment for refurbishment.
  6. Complete all relevant documentation, including accurate records of stock deployment.
  7. Utilize company vehicles for on-site work.
  8. Work a standard Monday to Friday, 40-hour week.
  9. Participate in a company pension scheme.
  10. Enjoy 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  11. Benefit from free on-site parking.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a field-based role, dealing with tech project installations.
