Critical Care Nurse

Bank Partners is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of individualized care to high-risk patients, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- NMC Registration and ITU qualified.
- At least 6 months NHS ITU experience in the last 3 years.
- Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Honesty and integrity, with a caring patient-centered approach.
