We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Record Specialist with expertise in payroll management.
Are you a motivated finance professional eager to take on a fulfilling position within a vibrant and collaborative organization? Stafflex Commercial is currently on the lookout for a talented individual to join a progressive accounting firm.
This permanent role involves a variety of financial responsibilities, including VAT processing and payroll management. You will have the chance to work with diverse clients, enhancing your skills in a nurturing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry utilizing various accounting platforms (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.).
- Maintaining precise client financial records.
- Generating financial statements for clients.
- Overseeing and submitting client VAT filings.
- Processing monthly payroll for clients.
- Assisting with CIS return submissions.
- Handling monthly HMRC submissions related to payroll and CIS.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and data management.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Sage 50, Xero, Quickbooks, Iris, Sage Business Cloud.
