About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Sales Advisor for our luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring division, you will be responsible for selling a range of high-end flooring solutions to end-users and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring tiles to end-users and trade customers
  • Providing support to the showroom manager and contributing to the overall success of the showroom
  • Administrative responsibilities, including answering customer calls, confirming appointments, processing payments, and arranging samples
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business
  • Sending out and following up on quotations, as well as arranging deliveries and providing aftersales service
  • Utilizing customer information to reach out to cold customers who have received samples in the past
  • Meeting quarterly targets based on showroom sales and square meterage sold
Requirements
  • Must have sales and/or customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable with using Microsoft and willing to engage in administrative tasks
  • Prior knowledge of interior products, such as wall and floor tiles, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, LVT, and natural stone is beneficial
  • Excellent customer service and high levels of organization are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
