We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts and Procurement Solicitor to join our team at Law Absolute Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of commercial contracts and procurement matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial contracts and procurement projects, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise on grants and agreements, ensuring that clients are aware of their obligations and rights.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Current practicing certificate.
- Experience working in a local authority setting, preferably in a commercial contracts and procurement role.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and procurement laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
