About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Tax professional to join our thriving team at Pro-Tax Recruitment as a Senior Tax Manager. In this role, you will sit within the Corporate Tax team providing a mix of compliance and advisory services to clients within the Not-for-Profit sector, including charities and public sector bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of a client portfolio, including onboarding, engagement oversight, billing management, and enhancing recovery rates and cash flow.
  • Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, leveraging shared service teams or technology solutions.
  • Oversee client portfolios, ensuring quality control processes are in place and risks are mitigated.
  • Lead and manage complex initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • CTA/ACCA qualified with extensive experience in taxation, particularly in handling intricate tax challenges.
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and delivering tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Awareness of the Not-for-Profit sector and its challenges, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
