About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation for our operations, including booking and managing transportation services
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide support for vehicle management, including fuel management and vehicle maintenance
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms
  • Run monthly reports for fuel spend and driving behaviors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
