**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our small focused team in delivering IT solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on role that requires a customer-facing all-rounder who can perform support, deliver projects, and own the strategy for our UK arm.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain our Infrastructure and Business Systems environment, predominantly using a Microsoft stack with Cisco Switches.
• Develop and implement strategies for IT service delivery, ensuring excellent customer service to senior business stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of Cloud Technologies, ERP systems, and other IT solutions.
• Work closely with the team to deliver projects and provide support, ensuring seamless IT operations.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to drive business growth and transformation.

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone with experience in the Manufacturing sector, ideally in a similar role, who can bring their expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service delivery, project management, and customer service.

**Work Arrangement**
