**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team at Tigerlily Childcare Berks and Bucks. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of practitioners and contributing to the overall success of our nursery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years
* Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and educational activities for children
* Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a high level of quality

**Requirements**

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent
* Proven experience working in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Passion for working with children and commitment to their development
