Job Title: English Teaching Assistant - Stockport Secondary School

Job Summary:

KPi Education is working with a Stockport Secondary School to find a dedicated individual for a Graduate English Teaching Assistant role. The successful candidate will work with Year 11 borderline students who need extra support to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored academic support to Year 11 students, helping them improve their English skills
  • Assist in creating engaging lesson plans that motivate students to succeed
  • Work closely with teachers to monitor progress and adapt support accordingly
  • Gain valuable classroom experience and develop your teaching skills

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 or higher in English Literature, English Language, or a related discipline
  • Experience with young people is valued but not essential
  • A strong commitment to education and passion for improving student outcomes
