Registered Service Manager Opportunity

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and recruit and induct new colleagues.
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and audits, while ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to achieve positive outcomes and independence for service users.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
