Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for commercial office blocks, car showrooms, and care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out service and preventative planned maintenance on air conditioning appliances according to schedules.
  2. Work on a mobile basis, covering in and around the Newcastle area.
  3. Carry out maintenance on systems such as VRVs, VRFs, and Splits.
  4. Provide excellent customer service skills and build trust and rapport with clients.
  5. Work on a wide range of air conditioning appliances, including splits, VRV, VRF, and split systems.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recognized air conditioning qualifications, including F-Gas and City & Guilds NVQ.
  • Good working knowledge and troubleshooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances.
  • Experience working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
