Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Little Dessert Shop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our store, including managing a team of creative individuals, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, lead, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain stock levels, order stock, and reconcile cash handling to ensure accurate inventory and financial records.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is fully compliant with all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or restaurant environment, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • GCSE in English and Maths (A-D) and ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
