Job Opportunity: Lead Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Fullstack Developer to join our team at Oliver Bernard. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our main product, while also contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

* Take ownership of our main product and lead the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions
* Foster a culture of engineering excellence and provide guidance and support to junior engineers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong background in Node and React
* Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies
