Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Deliver high-quality stock taking services to our clients
  • Travel to different client sites each day, with occasional overnight stays
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and nights
  • Manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Ability to travel and work away from home
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights
