Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced property and business agent to join our Pubs & Restaurants Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and transacting pub and restaurant businesses across the North West region.

Key Accountabilities
  • Contact buyers primarily by telephone and register requirements using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • List, market, and manage opportunities for sale, including the processing of viewings and offers.
  • Negotiate and agree deals, manage lawyers, and the sale process.
  • Promote yourself and Christie & Co by liaising with our marketing team to create high-quality marketing materials.
  • Implement your own business generation strategy within a given territory to generate new sale enquiries.
  • Present Christie & Co credentials, deliver pricing advice, and secure sale mandates.
  • Collaborate with our regional and national team on corporate projects.
  • Network across the territory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within commercial or residential estate agency business.
  • Commercial brokerage experience.
  • GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • UK Driver's license and confident with driving long distances.
  • Flexible and adaptable, responding well to change.
