We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Night Manager to join our team at Aspers Westfield Stratford City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of our catering and bar services.

  • Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and gambling legislation
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
