About The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team at a leading financial services consultancy in London and help the team drive the business forward.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Support the management of the Sales Team, including diary management and ensuring the team is aligned and attending mandatory meetings
  • Take minutes and follow up on actions from the Sales Meeting
  • Support the Sales process, including proposals and maintaining data on Salesforce
  • Support the Bid Management and Design Team
  • Update documents and materials
  • Create and maintain sales documentation
  • Track sales goals and KPIs
  • Support as required to help achieve individual and company sales targets
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Used to a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
  • No essential education required
  • Some experience of providing general administrative support to Sales or Operations in a busy office would be beneficial
  • Certificate in Business and/or Administration would be a plus
Skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to comprehend and summarize information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively, including management of other internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work to internal and customer-driven deadlines, with the flexibility to react to changes in business priorities
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
