About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a General Assistant at Murano Street Student Village. As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality cleaning and domestic service in the student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services for bedrooms, kitchens, pathways, and communal areas.
  • Identify and report any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained.
  • Organize stores on site and carry out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by management.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with fast-changing requirements.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A team player who is willing to help colleagues as and when required.
