About the Role
SRG is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support their clinical trial manufacturing operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the progression and timely execution of quality assurance activities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance procedures.
- Manage and maintain quality assurance records and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical facility.
- Experience working on a sterile site would be advantageous.
- Experience managing validation lifecycles from creation to retirement.
- Expertise in equipment, facility, and process change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
