Quality Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Controller to join our team at Ingenia Ltd. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain quality assurance activities to ensure our card production meets the highest standards.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, oversee safety protocols, and work closely with operations teams to guarantee exceptional quality and process standards.
  • Maintain and promote a QA and safety culture through setting standards, procedures implementation, auditing, training, and development of teams.
  • Develop and maintain a suitable training program to raise awareness and drive improvements in GMP & Quality.
  • Lead site inspections and audits to drive improvements in GMP standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within quality and safety and follow up with appropriate improvement plans.
  • Manage concessions to minimize disruption to site operation while ensuring quality and safety standards are not compromised.
  • Maintain site quality systems and documentation to the required standard.
  • Ensure testing schedules are developed, regularly reviewed, and tests completed, including corrective actions for OOS results.
  • Lead or support quality projects as required.
  • Make day-to-day decisions with regards to quality and safety-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in QA/QC Manufacturing or Quality Control.
  • Analytical thinker able to understand data and draw compelling business proposals.
  • IT proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
  • Cycle to work scheme, company pension, canteen areas, and modern offices.
  • 23 days holiday rising to 25 days after long service, plus bank holidays.

This is a full-time or part-time position, office-based in Yate, Bristol. The expected hours are 20-40 per week. If you have any quality-related qualifications and are looking for a challenging role, please apply.
