About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Pick orders from our cold store and load them onto delivery vehicles
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status and provide exceptional customer service
  • Undertake pre-shift vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Report any discrepancies or delays to the office team
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Assist the office team and picking team as needed
  • Report any health and safety concerns, stock quality issues, or mechanical problems with vehicles
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of stable work history
  • Basic secondary education
