Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated manufacturing solutions, including robot programming, tooling and fixture design, and automation system integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated manufacturing solutions, including robot programs, tooling, and fixtures
  • Implement and integrate automation systems, including control systems and CNC milling/EDM machines
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automated equipment, including SOPs and EMS
  • Support the identification and implementation of new manufacturing technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Troubleshoot mechanical systems, including pneumatics, tooling, and measurement feedback systems
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on automation and robotics
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems, including robot programming and control systems
  • Experience with tooling and fixture design, as well as CNC milling and EDM machines
  • Proficient in CAD software, including Siemens NX
  • High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and Project
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills, with excellent communication and team working skills
