Job Summary
The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to all departments and directors at our facility, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations, including issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling expenses claims and bank transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate onsite meetings and visitor logistics, including catering, travel, and accommodation arrangements
- Assist in organizing and booking external events, venues, and transportation logistics
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Support recruitment processes, including arranging interviews and candidate coordination
- Contribute to team efforts to ensure project success and organizational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrator with a strong track record of handling confidential information
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in office software, social media, and web applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities
