Job Summary

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to all departments and directors at our facility, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial operations, including issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling expenses claims and bank transactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate onsite meetings and visitor logistics, including catering, travel, and accommodation arrangements
  • Assist in organizing and booking external events, venues, and transportation logistics
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
  • Support recruitment processes, including arranging interviews and candidate coordination
  • Contribute to team efforts to ensure project success and organizational efficiency


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrator with a strong track record of handling confidential information
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in office software, social media, and web applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities
