About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Writer and Content Strategist to join our team at W2O Group. As a Medical Writer and Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that communicates complex scientific information to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Write and edit a variety of content types, including clinical evaluation reports, scientific manuscripts, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientific, medical, and creative teams, to ensure content accuracy and consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and medical developments in various therapeutic areas
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of content calendars and editorial plans
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Provide input on content design and layout
  • Ensure content meets brand and style guidelines
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a scientific or medical field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical writing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of scientific and medical concepts, including clinical trials and regulatory affairs
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
