Are you a seasoned Financial Adviser looking to maximize your earning potential in a thriving business? We're seeking a talented and passionate professional to join our team as a Financial Adviser, where you'll have the support to excel in your role.

As a Financial Adviser with our company, you'll be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process end-to-end, with the support of our wider team. You'll benefit from flexible working options, ongoing training and development, and the autonomy to grow your client base in the way you really want to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client enquiries and the advice process end-to-end

  • Grow your client base through pro-active business development and advertising
  • Deliver outstanding levels of personal and professional integrity
  • Prepare sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals
  • Generate new business through introducer relationships

We're looking for a pro-active Financial Adviser who is able to build lasting relations based upon trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently, but will be part of a flourishing team with dedicated support provided by an award-winning network.

We can consider both experienced Financial Advisers at all levels. The key criteria is your approach to the customer journey and desire to be an outstanding adviser. You can choose to work on an employed or a self-employed basis and will benefit from a market leading proposition and generous fee splits.

Depending upon experience and training, you can work remotely, but can access an office for client meetings as often as required. You will work autonomously and flexibly, managing your diary and time to suit your clients' needs and will be supported by an administrative team, allowing you to grow your client base and meet your development goals.
