Location: North Scotland
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
As a Project Leader, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective and safe execution of the project by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and subcontractor relationships to deliver a high-quality facility.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily operations and leadership of the project, ensuring optimal performance in health and safety, team operations, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance to guarantee adherence to project timelines, utilizing insights from the site management team to prepare monthly reports that track compliance with project and financial objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Kier Group and regulatory safety protocols and legislation.
- Work closely with the project finance team to provide updates on the current and anticipated financial status of the project.
- Guarantee that all activities under your supervision align with the project-specific environmental plan and waste management strategies.
- Facilitate and participate in design team meetings as necessary, ensuring that the design team provides information in accordance with the project schedule and addresses requests for information as needed.
