Job Title: Senior Transport Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Transport Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our transport administration team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running and scheduling of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transport Operations: Assist in the smooth running of our transport operation, working closely with our Customer Services team to deliver efficient service and maximize service delivery.
  2. Driver Management: Manage driver absences and reallocate work in the most commercial and effective manner.
  3. Route Optimization: Optimize routes to maximize productivity, taking into account time, route density, and running costs.
  4. Financial Analysis: Work with our finance team to understand the results of our daily and weekly profit KPIs and monthly management accounts, developing strategies for improvement.
  5. Compliance and Quality: Be aware of and follow policies and procedures, with particular attention to standards of customer service, health and safety, and equality and diversity.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proven Track Record: Proven experience of working to deadlines and meeting targets.
  3. Coordination Experience: Experience in coordination within Sales and Customer service.
  4. IT Skills: Strong IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  5. Problem-Solving: Able to work under pressure and efficiently manage workload.
  6. Relationship Building: Maintain and develop relationships with colleagues and customers.
  7. Initiative: Ability to use initiative, seeking solutions and opportunities.
