Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at BondMoran Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager and sales team in making commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the GM with commercial decision making while working collaboratively with the sales team
  • Undertake customer visits and provide relevant financial information to support the sales team
  • Focus on business control activities that add value to the business
  • Business development and planning, including price management and benchmarking
  • Cost planning and control in relation to revenue
  • Support saving initiatives in purchasing
  • Business governance and securing legal and statutory compliance
  • Implementing and fine-tuning effective business control processes and tools
  • Working with the management team to align business control with stakeholder needs
  • Business partnering and stakeholder management
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Business partnering experience, ideally alongside sales teams
  • Good mix of technical and accounting skills
  • Good exposure to an ERP system like Oracle or SAP would be ideal
