About the Role

The Whittington Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accident and Emergency Consultant to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our Rheumatology service, you will play a vital role in caring for patients with inflammatory and degenerative joint disease, auto-inflammatory connective tissue problems, and metabolic bone disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert care to patients in our outpatient clinic, working closely with our team of consultants, registrars, and specialist nurses.
  2. Support the team with inpatient, ambulatory care, and urgent referrals, ensuring seamless coordination with hospital colleagues and GPs.
  3. Liaise with hospital colleagues and GPs via the advice and guidance portal to ensure effective communication and patient care.
