We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Aztec Complete Services (Holdings) Ltd. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to our team, including setting up new jobs and maintaining contractor information
- Raise and record purchase orders for office and engineering purposes
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain archiving and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
