About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and committed Educational Support Specialists to join our team, working across various primary educational institutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting educators and empowering students to reach their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized or small group assistance to students in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Support the planning and execution of lessons in collaboration with the classroom teacher.
  • Facilitate the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Track and document student progress, offering insights to educators and guardians.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavioral support.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools).
  • Demonstrated experience in a primary educational setting, particularly within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • A solid understanding of the primary curriculum and child development principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
