About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Market Access team as a key member in the co-development and execution of the access strategy for Pharmanovia products. This is a senior strategic role that requires a deep understanding of pricing and reimbursement systems, driving impactful outcomes and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on the Market Access Strategy in collaboration with the VP Global Market Access
  • Support pricing and reimbursement for all key Pharmanovia products, ensuring timely price and reimbursement submissions/approvals
  • Develop and maintain strong expertise and external relationships in the shifting procurement landscape with a good understanding of competition and procurement regulations
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Development
  • Maintain strong compliance with all relevant internal policies, compliance, and legal requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or related disciplines
  • Solid commercial background with at least 5 years of experience in Market Access at national and international level within pharmaceuticals/healthcare
  • In-depth understanding of payers and their value drivers in above country level/major EU markets as well as trends in pricing and reimbursement
  • Experience with clinical data gap analysis and development of GVD, as well as health economics insight and experience
  • Above country knowledge regarding pricing and reimbursement environment, and experience with reimbursement dossier submission and stakeholder management
