About the Role

We are seeking a talented Ecologist to join our team at Tetra Tech, a leading provider of consulting and engineering services. As a Graduate Ecologist, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of habitat and protected species surveys, desktop studies, data analysis, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our highly skilled ecologists in undertaking habitat and protected species surveys
  • Conduct desktop studies and data analysis to inform project decisions
  • Write reports and proposals to support project delivery
  • Develop field craft and consultancy skills as part of a professional team
Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 Degree or equivalent in Ecology, Conservation, or a related discipline
  • Full driving license
  • Student or qualifying member of CIEEM (or working towards securing this)
  • Understanding of ecological survey and mitigation work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible, unsociable hours and travel for work
