Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of support workers to ensure effective delivery of care and support to service users.
  • Act as a positive role model, providing guidance and supervision to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of local procedures and ensure that all actions comply with policy, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Facilitate and support service users in decision-making, promoting choice and involvement at all times.
  • Present the service in a positive light and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the service.
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Experience of working within a related environment.
