Job Overview

Position: PMO Analyst – Inventory Control

Compensation: Up to £50,000

Location: Hybrid working model with on-site requirements.

Crimson is in search of a skilled PMO Analyst to spearhead a significant initiative focused on implementing a comprehensive inventory management solution throughout the organization. This position entails supervising various aspects of inventory control, including menu organization, procurement, stock oversight, and waste tracking through three primary workstreams: Systems, Processes, and Data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance and Reporting: Create and maintain program management tools, uphold project governance frameworks, and track project advancement.
  • Workstream Management: Direct the Systems, Processes, and Data workstreams, ensuring they align with the overall project goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resource distribution, resolve conflicts, and foster team growth.
  • Risk and Issue Oversight: Recognize, address, and manage potential project risks and challenges.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate relationships, lead discussions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Quality Control: Uphold quality benchmarks and conduct routine project evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar preferred.
