About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of residential properties and ensuring our valued customers receive the service they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of properties in the local area, organizing maintenance and improvement works in line with the property's needs and landlord's wishes
  • Organizing property visits (the visits themselves are carried out by an external contractor)
  • Dealing promptly and courteously with all communications from landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues and dealing with potential dangers associated with a property in a timely manner
  • Serving of required legal notices
  • Building meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers
  • Working closely with lettings colleagues to create a high-performance team

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of customers
  • Full UK Valid Driving Licence (optional)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:30pm
