At SGS, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Sample Receipt and Labelling Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer samples are received and processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer samples in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensure that all samples are accurately labelled and stored in a secure and controlled environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Scientific background or experience in a related field
  • HND or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working in a laboratory or similar environment
