Job Overview

Wilson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team as a Distribution Specialist. This permanent part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable client in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver eggs from various Breeders Farms to Hatchery
  • Deliver chicks to company and contract broiler farms
  • Deliver eggs safely to the hatchery
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards continuously
  • Ensure the security of loads at all times
  • Wear correct protective equipment as specified
  • Work effectively within time schedules and company standards
  • Present a professional image of the Company on all farms
  • Liaise with site manager as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid HGV Class 1 license and a strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Distribution Specialist with Wilson Recruitment Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable client in the logistics industry. You will be paid a competitive rate of £17ph for social hours and £18.25ph for unsocial hours. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills and knowledge in the logistics industry.
