About the Role
As a Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing companionship, accompaniment, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-focused care that prioritizes the needs and well-being of our clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing support and assistance as needed
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Desire to care and a willingness to work alternate weekends to ensure continuity of care
- Valid right to work in the UK and satisfactory employment checks
- DBS enhanced disclosure
