We are currently seeking a qualified Nursing Associate to join our dedicated team at one of our luxury care homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with our healthcare protocols
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical history to ensure accurate patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient care plans to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health management and wellness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- Active nursing license and registration with the relevant healthcare authority
- Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in a care home setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies
