Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Motor Vehicle Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and repair faults in vehicle systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve productivity targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Mentor and coach apprentices and support less experienced team members
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems
  • Experience working in a franchise dealer environment, with a focus on quality and productivity
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Qualified by experience in post or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
