About the Role:

CMS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from clients and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments for our clients with our engineers to carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
  • Liaise with clients on job progress and provide updates on the status of their appointments.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar customer service role is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays and optional overtime on evenings and weekends.
