Class 1 Driver Position

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at DFDS. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering frozen goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to deliver frozen goods.
- Ensure timely deliveries to multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
- Adhere to all driving regulations and safety protocols.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license and have at least 1 year of experience driving Class 1 vehicles. A solid understanding of driving regulations and safety standards is essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial for this role.
